LZS Clubs Win 29 Medals at Polish Senior Athletics Championships in Białystok

The 102nd PZLA Senior Athletics Championships were held from 24–26 July 2026 at the Wojciech Nowicki Stadium in Białystok, coinciding with the venue's centenary celebrations. Nearly 600 athletes competed for national titles and qualification spots for the European Championships. Athletes from clubs belonging to the Zrzeszenie LZS secured a total of 29 medals – 11 gold, 10 silver and 8 bronze. Highlights included Ewa Swoboda’s ninth national 100 m title, Dominik Kopeć’s 100 m win in 10.24, Natalia Bukowiecka’s 400 m victory in 50.02, Klaudia Kazimierska’s two golds, Filip Ostrowski’s 1500 m gold, and Zuzanna Maślana’s shot‑put gold with a season‑best 17.23 m. The performances earned athletes places on the Polish team for the upcoming European Championships.
