M6 culinary show returns with focus on French regional gastronomy

The M6 television program ‘La meilleure cuisine régionale, c’est chez moi!’ returns for its third season starting September 21, 2026. Hosted by chefs Norbert Tarayre and Yoann Conte, the show travels across France to visit village inns and family tables to celebrate regional culinary identities and local specialties.

In the upcoming week, the series will feature several restaurants from the Hauts-de-France region, including locations in Nord, Pas-de-Calais, Aisne, and Oise. Participating establishments include Au Lion Des Flandres in Lesquin, La Baguernette in Clairmarais, L’angélus in Serques, La Halle – Estaminet in Marly-Gomont, Restaurant du Marché in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, Gertrude in Compiègne, and La Taverne du Jean Bart in Gravelines.

The hosts, who met in 2012, aim to move beyond traditional competition formats to focus on the transmission of culinary heritage and the people who maintain regional traditions.
