MAAP unveils refurbished Collingwood store in Melbourne
The cycling apparel brand MAAP has refurbished its Collingwood store in Melbourne, designed by Clare Cousins Architects. The 170-square-metre space features 4.5-metre-high walls, concrete ceilings, and a new stainless-steel layer with perforated steel panels.
Designed to serve as a community hub for cyclists, the store incorporates domestic elements such as a lounge suite, coffee table, and an Italian espresso machine to create a meeting place for riders. The brand, which has expanded to 10 global locations including London, Los Angeles, and Singapore, aims to provide a space where cyclists can gather for morning rides and coffee.
