Maaya Sakamoto releases Fate/Grand Order theme song anthology ‘Yoin’

Japanese singer‑songwriter Maaya Sakamoto marked her 30‑year debut with the release of a best‑of album titled “Yoin”. The collection compiles every theme song she performed for the mobile RPG Fate/Grand Order, spanning from the series‑opening track “Shikisai” to the concluding piece “Tokei”, which will accompany the game’s storyline finale slated for December 2025. The album was issued on 29 July.

In an interview, Sakamoto reflected on her three‑decade career, the creative partnership with former mentor Yoko Kanno, and the personal growth she experienced through songwriting and live performance. She highlighted the significance of the Ariake Arena concert that closed her anniversary year, describing it as an unforgettable milestone.
