Macaé Summit to host innovation and business summit in September 2026

The Macaé Summit is scheduled to take place from September 24 to 27, 2026, at the Jornalista Roberto Marinho Convention Center. Organized by Teia de Eventos in partnership with Sebrae and supported by the Macaé City Hall, the free event aims to establish the municipality as a major innovation and development hub in Northern Fluminense.

The summit will bring together entrepreneurs, students, researchers, startups, investors, and public managers to discuss technology, science, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. Organizer Edson Almeida, known as Biá, stated that the event seeks to leverage Macaé’s strong economy and educational institutions to connect diverse sectors and demonstrate the city's potential beyond the traditional energy market.
