Macau hosts community celebrations and cultural events

Macau recently hosted two distinct community-focused events aimed at celebrating local culture and corporate milestones.

The Lin Xi Temple Management Committee held a celebration for the Birthday of the God of Wealth. The event included traditional rituals such as a blessing ceremony and lion dance performances. Organizers stated the goal is to preserve Macau’s traditional folk culture, strengthen community ties, and support local economic revitalization.

Separately, Sands China celebrated the 10th anniversary of The Parisian Macao with a community joy day. The event hosted 130 family members from various social service organizations in Macau and the Greater Bay Area. Featuring a ‘The Little Prince’ theme, the celebration included interactive games, performances, and tours of the resort’s landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower replica, to promote community engagement and the diversification of Macau’s tourism industry.
