Macedonia–Thrace administration wins digital governance award

The Decentralized Administration of Macedonia–Thrace has won first prize in the ‘Best New Idea’ category at the Digital Governance Awards. The award, presented by the Ministry of Digital Governance and Artificial Intelligence, recognizes a proposal to establish a unified information and service platform for citizens and public employees.

The winning initiative, titled ‘Unified Information and Citizen Service Platform: From Primary Data to Intelligent Public Information-Sharing Systems,’ aims to create a multilayered digital infrastructure. This system is designed to utilize primary administrative data to provide intelligent information and services to both the public and government staff.
