Macerata hospital receives television donation from Casa Accoglienza

The Casa Accoglienza Maceratese association has donated ten large televisions, complete with wall mounts, to the Internal Medicine department of the Macerata hospital.

Led by president Claudio Gigli, the donation aims to improve the daily lives of patients, many of whom are elderly or fragile and face long hospital stays. Dr. Roberto Catalini, head of Internal Medicine, noted that having access to news or entertainment can provide a sense of normalcy for those separated from their homes and families.

Health Director Daniela Corsi highlighted that this gift is part of a continuous series of donations from the association to support the local healthcare system and its most vulnerable citizens.
