MacGuffin Awards announce 2026 honorees

The Property Masters Guild has announced the honorees for the third annual MacGuffin Awards. Luis Castro, Trish Reilly, and Barry Wilkinson will be recognized for their contributions to the entertainment industry.

Luis Castro will receive the Humanitarian Award, noting his transition from a 25-year culinary career to food styling for productions such as ‘Barbie’ and ‘Westworld,’ as well as his work with neurodivergent individuals through Imagine Cookin. Trish Reilly will be presented with the Presidents Award for her food styling work on series including ‘American Horror Story’ and ‘Obi-Wan.’

Barry Wilkinson is set to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award following a 40-year career. His credits include serving as property master for major films such as ‘Titanic,’ ‘Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom,’ and the ‘Harry Potter’ franchise. The awards ceremony is scheduled for September 12 at the Paramount Theatre.
