Machine Gun Kelly Survives Cocaine Overdose After Viewing Daughter's Photo

Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) told listeners on a podcast that he consumed a large amount of cocaine, felt his heart pounding and began losing consciousness, believing his life was ending.

He managed to pick up his phone, opened a picture of his daughter Casie, and said the image gave him the strength to keep fighting. MGK explained that seeing Casie reminded him he could not abandon her. He has spoken about several near‑death experiences, referencing his song “Fix UR Face” and saying he has lived through eight lives and is now on his ninth. MGK is father to two children, Casie and Sage Blade, and was previously partnered with actress Megan Fox.
