Machizemi 2026 community workshops to be held in Konan region

The Machizemi 2026 program is scheduled to take place from November 1 to December 13, 2026. This initiative features small-group, free seminars where local shop owners and professionals serve as instructors to share specialized skills, tips, and knowledge with the community.

The program is organized by the Konan Four Cities Akindo Renrakukai and supported by the cities of Kusatsu, Ritto, Moriyama, and Yasu. While tuition is generally free, some courses may require participants to cover the cost of materials. Registration for the sessions begins on October 15, 2026.
