Maciej Gładysz faces difficult weekend in FIA Formula 3 at Monza

Maciej Gładysz, the sole Polish driver in the FIA Formula 3 series, experienced a difficult penultimate round of the season at Monza, Italy. Following a strong start to his debut year, which included a victory at Silverstone, the 18-year-old driver failed to secure points during the Italian round.

During Saturday's race, Gładysz was forced to retire halfway through due to a throttle pedal sensor failure. On Sunday, he faced significant grip issues and was pushed off the track by a competitor, ultimately finishing in 19th place.

Gładysz, representing ART Grand Prix and the Motorsport ORLEN Academy, noted that while the weekend was unlucky, the team performed well. He will look to conclude his debut season during the upcoming double-round races at the street circuit in Madrid.
