Madagascar Airlines to resume flights to Réunion
Madagascar Airlines is set to resume operations at Roland Garros Airport in Réunion. An ATR 72 aircraft is scheduled to land at the airport on October 3, 2026, marking the airline's return to the platform.
This resumption precedes the launch of a commercial route connecting Réunion, Île Sainte-Marie, and Antananarivo, which is planned for December 16, 2026. The new service will operate twice weekly using ATR 72 aircraft, offering 70 seats per flight. The initiative aims to strengthen regional connectivity, facilitate economic and tourist exchanges, and improve accessibility to Malagasy destinations within the Indian Ocean.
