Madagascar seeks to accelerate fund mobilization and reform procedures

In Antananarivo, technical and financial partners met to discuss accelerating the mobilization of funds and improving coordination with the government. Prime Minister Mamitiana Rajaonarison highlighted the need to reduce delays in project implementation caused by complex procedures and management requirements.

The Prime Minister stated that the government is prepared to modify internal procedures to improve efficiency. He also emphasized the importance of building trust with international partners to encourage them to adapt certain procedures, noting that the funds involved could reach several billion dollars.
