Madam Pang maintains diverse fitness routine at age 60
Madam Pang, the businesswoman and President of the Football Association of Thailand, maintains a diverse fitness regimen to sustain her health and energy at age 60. According to her interview with Praew magazine, she exercises approximately five times per week.
Her routine includes a mix of cardiovascular activities and flexibility training. Specifically, she engages in 40-minute brisk walks on a treadmill, cardio sessions to improve endurance, and yoga to enhance balance and flexibility. To maintain interest and engage different muscle groups, she also participates in sports such as pickleball, table tennis, and badminton.
Her approach emphasizes consistency and variety over high-intensity training. This aligns with World Health Organization recommendations, which suggest adults engage in 150–300 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75–150 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity per week, combined with strength training at least two days a week.
