Madhuri Dixit reveals details of her wedding attire

Indian actress Madhuri Dixit recently shared details regarding her wedding attire as she marks 27 years of marriage. While hosting the quiz reality show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, a contestant seeking bridal styling advice prompted the actress to reminisce about her own wedding day.

Dixit revealed that she wore her grandmother’s traditional blue Nauvari saree paired with an intricately embroidered shawl. Emphasizing the importance of personal choice, she advised the contestant that wedding attire should reflect one's own taste, stating, “You should wear what you like because that day is yours and your family’s.”

Dixit married Dr. Shriram Nene on October 17, 1999, in a private ceremony in California. Following the marriage, she briefly resided in Denver, USA, before returning to her career in India. The couple has two sons, Arin and Ryan.
