Madhya Pradesh CM announces 20,000 new jobs and Jan Vishwas campaign
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has announced that the state government will soon initiate the recruitment process for 20,000 new positions within the school education department. This follows the completion of 85,000 government recruitments to date. Additionally, the CM announced plans to open 200 new ‘Sandipani Schools’ in tribal areas to improve educational standards.
During a review meeting regarding the ‘Jan Vishwas Abhiyan’—a campaign designed for the rapid resolution of public grievances—the Chief Minister instructed officials to work directly in the field. He warned that he would conduct unannounced visits to various districts to monitor the campaign's progress. Senior officials were directed to address pending complaints in departments including Revenue, Women and Child Development, Food and Civil Supplies, Public Health and Medical, and Public Health Engineering.
In a separate initiative, the Chief Minister reviewed the ‘Swamitva’ scheme for free land registration. To date, 160,230 free registrations have been completed against a target of approximately 4.95 million plots by October 2026. Furthermore, the CM distributed appointment orders to approximately 950 individuals under the compassionate appointment scheme to assist families following the death of a breadwinner.
