Madonie Nomad Residency to host digital nomadism event in Castelbuono

The first edition of the Madonie Nomad Residency is scheduled to take place in Castelbuono, within the Madonie Park, from September 4 to 6. Organized by Empeeria, the event aims to transform the region into a laboratory for innovation by connecting digital nomads, remote workers, and international professionals with local communities.

The program focuses on the relationship between remote work and territorial regeneration, featuring discussions on artificial intelligence, the future of work, and startup development. The initiative seeks to position internal areas not as marginal zones, but as strategic nodes in a global network capable of attracting high-level talent.

Local pastry company Fiasconaro is a territorial partner for the event. Additionally, the residency will include a two-week period of distributed residency throughout the Madonie Park following the main three-day program.
