Madonna Albani to remain on display in Urbino for six months

The Madonna Albani, a painting attributed to Federico Barocci, will remain on display in Urbino for an additional six months. The work is being exhibited at the Collegio Raffaello in the Legato Albani room, with free admission for the public.

The extension follows a summer exhibition at Palazzo Ducale. The loan is made possible through an agreement with BNL BNP Paribas, the current owner of the painting. Local officials, including Urbino Mayor Maurizio Gambini and Legato Albani President Giorgio Londei, expressed satisfaction regarding the work's presence in the city, noting its historical connection to the Albani family.
