Madonna buys Angelina Jolie’s Los Angeles estate for $24.75 million

Madonna has purchased a historic luxury estate in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles from Angelina Jolie for $24.75 million. The property, located in the prestigious and secure Laughlin Park enclave, was originally listed for nearly $30 million.

The estate features a main residence dating back to 1913, covering approximately 1,000 square meters. The grounds span about 8,500 square meters and include six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a private library, a wine cellar, a gym, a guest house, and a pool house.

The property holds significant Hollywood history; it was previously owned by legendary director Cecil B. DeMille, who expanded the complex starting in 1916. Jolie had owned the residence since 2017.
