Madonna interested in Angelina Jolie’s $29.85M Los Angeles mansion

Singer Madonna has expressed interest in purchasing Angelina Jolie’s estate located in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. The property, situated in the exclusive Laughlin Park area, is listed for $29.85 million.

Because Madonna is not currently in Los Angeles, representatives have coordinated with real estate brokers to conduct a virtual tour of the residence. The historic home, previously owned by filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille, features five bedrooms, a pool, a guest house, and views of the Hollywood Hills.

Angelina Jolie originally acquired the property in 2017 for $24.5 million and listed it for sale in May. While interest has been signaled, no formal offer has been confirmed at this time.
