Madonna releases new song 'Bizarre' and announces upcoming album Confessions II

DJ Martin Garrix premiered Madonna’s previously unreleased track “Bizarre” during his set at New York’s Barclays Center on 13 June and played it again at a post‑show party at the Marquee Club. Garrix confirmed the collaboration on‑stage and via social media. The song, which contains the lyric “Who knew love can be so bizarre?” will appear as track 10 on Madonna’s forthcoming album Confessions II, slated for release on 3 July.

In addition to the music news, Madonna will host a 50‑minute BBC television special titled “Madonna + Graham”, filmed at London’s KOKO venue where she first performed in the UK in 1983. The program, moderated by Graham Norton, will air a week before the album’s launch and offers a retrospective of her four‑decade career. A separate Vogue feature highlights the resurgence of Madonna’s early‑2000s off‑duty looks, citing iconic styles such as the Jean Paul Gaultier cone bra, glittery Lurex pants and oversized sunglasses that are again influencing contemporary fashion.
