Madonna's 'I Feel So Free' remix by Peggy Gou tops fan poll

Peggy Gou’s remix of Madonna’s new single “I Feel So Free” was voted the week’s best new track by fans, ahead of releases from Drake, Maluma and others. The remix, titled “I Feel So Free (Peggy Gou Energy Mix)”, appears on Madonna’s forthcoming album Confessions II, scheduled for release on 3 July.

The track premiered on LGBTQ+ platform Pride Radio and was later played at Madonna’s surprise appearance during Sabrina Carpenter’s Coachella set and at an invitation‑only Club Confessions event in Los Angeles. The remix transforms the original into a high‑energy dancefloor anthem with a nu‑disco and 1990s house feel. Madonna said, “The dance floor is a ritualistic space… we must dance, celebrate, and pray with our bodies.”
