Madrid hosts Iberseries & Platino Industria event

The sixth edition of Iberseries & Platino Industria has launched in Madrid, serving as a major gathering for film and television producers, investors, and distributors from across the Ibero-American region. Organized by the Ibero-American Federation of Cinematographic and Audiovisual Producers, EGEDA, and the Secuoya Foundation, the event brings together professionals from 54 participating countries.

Isabel Díaz Ayuso, President of the Community of Madrid, inaugurated the event, noting that the audiovisual industry contributes 2.6% to Madrid's GDP and supports 30,000 direct jobs through 3,500 companies. The regional government is also supporting the upcoming filming of a new comedy directed by Woody Allen in the region.
