Regional community and educational programs open registration

Various municipalities and institutions across Spain and Argentina have announced the opening of registration periods for diverse community, sports, and cultural programs for the 2026-2027 season.

In Spain, the Comunidad de Madrid is opening 61 educational centers across 45 municipalities to provide recreational and formative activities for students during non-school days, supported by a 4.8 million euro regional aid program. Other regional initiatives include sports programs in Los Monegros and Cáceres, and social and civic workshops in Elche. Municipalities such as Martos and Villamayor are also enrolling students for specialized schools in music, dance, painting, and theater.

In Argentina, the municipality of Ushuaia has opened registration for Argentine Sign Language (LSA) workshops to promote social inclusion and communication tools for the community.
