Entrepreneur and television personality Sheila Casas is currently constructing a home designed for tranquility and natural light. Working with interior designer Erika Von Berliner, Casas aims to create a space characterized by high ceilings, large windows, and an infinity pool. The project focuses on views of the countryside and a layout that includes a master suite on the upper floor and guest rooms on the lower level.

Similarly, television presenter Carlos Sobera and his wife, producer Patricia Santamaría, reside in a 400-square-meter home outside the capital. Their residence features an industrial-chic aesthetic with a focus on natural light, an open kitchen, and a garden designed for relaxation. The home serves as a personal refuge, incorporating travel memorabilia and contemporary interiors.
