During the Debate on the State of the Region, Isabel Díaz Ayuso announced a series of major social and economic measures for the Community of Madrid. Key housing initiatives include the construction of 3,100 affordable rental homes, with 2,500 units integrated into the Plan Vive program and 600 units reserved for vulnerable groups. Additionally, the regional government will invest 450 million euros in housing rehabilitation and has reserved 16,500 homes for members of the State Security Forces and Corps.

In education, Ayuso introduced measures to support teachers and families. This includes a new professional career model that could allow educators to receive salary increases of up to 350 euros per month. The government will also launch a Virtual Educational Card to help families access academic information and scholarships, and will provide legal assistance to teachers facing assaults. To improve school coexistence, the regional government plans to modify coexistence decrees to expedite responses to serious misconduct.

Other announcements include the creation of a filming destination network to boost the audiovisual sector and new support for self-employed workers, including a 100% subsidy of social security contributions for the first 60 days of illness and monthly aid for those needing replacement due to maternity or caregiving needs.

Politically, Ayuso criticized President Pedro Sánchez regarding the border situation in Ceuta, accusing the central government of failing to protect Spanish sovereignty and ignoring intelligence warnings.
