Madrid residents demand eviction of neighbor in Vallecas

Residents of an apartment building in the Ensanche de Vallecas district of Madrid have signed a formal request for the immediate eviction of a neighbor known as ‘María la Portuguesa’. The community reports a pattern of threats, insults, and physical aggression.

Neighbors claim the individual has created a climate of insecurity, with some residents reporting they feel unsafe in common areas or have temporarily moved out to avoid conflict. The residents are calling on the Empresa Municipal de la Vivienda y Suelo (EMVS), the property owner, to take urgent action to resolve the situation.
