Madrid to host Industrialization Week for construction sector

Madrid will host the Madrid Industrialization Week (SIM 2026) from October 13 to 16. Organized by the Colegio Oficial de Aparejadores y Arquitectos Técnicos de Madrid (COAATM) and the Digital Construction Hub, the event aims to discuss the future of industrialized construction.

The program is structured around four main pillars: Think, Manufacture, Research, and Apply, with an additional day dedicated to technical training and architectural culture. The event seeks to frame industrialization not just as a construction technique, but as a new culture for designing, manufacturing, and executing buildings. Featured experts include Darren Richards from Cogent Consulting, alongside representatives from various architectural and technical firms.
