MADRING F1 circuit construction costs reach approximately $178.5 million

The construction of the MADRING Formula 1 circuit involves several major financial packages. The central track works contract, awarded to a joint venture between ACCIONA and Eiffage by IFEMA Madrid, is valued at approximately €83.2 million ($96.5 million).

When including the separately contracted Pit Building and Paddock Club works, which cost roughly €68 million ($78.9 million), the two primary construction packages total about €151.2 million ($175.4 million). Including a technical-supervision contract brings the documented build-related total to approximately €153.9 million ($178.5 million).
