Mafia: The Old Country 'Man of Honor' expansion launches August 14
The first major DLC for 2K's Mafia: The Old Country, titled Man of Honor, is scheduled for release on 14 August 2026. It will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam).
Man of Honor adds two new story chapters set in Sicily in the winter of 1905, focusing on Enzo Favara’s early service with the Torrisi family and his partnership with the young Ennio Salieri. The expansion also expands the Free Ride mode with new jobs, challenges and missions, and introduces additional weapons, vehicles, outfits, horses, and collectible charms.
A gameplay trailer and a developer blog post by Hangar 13 design director Josh Zammit have been released, showcasing the new content and confirming the platforms and release date.
