Magallanes Region health services assets auctioned

A fiscal auction conducted by the Dirección General del Crédito Prendario (Dicrep) in the Magallanes Region has resulted in the sale of various assets belonging to health and government services.

Most lots offered by the Servicio de Salud and the Hospital Clínico have found new owners. Among the sold items were two ambulances from the Servicio de Salud, which were previously operating at the Hospital Dr. Augusto Esmann Burgos in Puerto Natales, and a Mercedes-Benz Vito minibus used for patient transport by the Hospital Clínico Magallanes.

While medical equipment such as an autoclave and X-ray machines remained without bidders, other items including an industrial oven were successfully auctioned. The total collection from the auction reached $86,686,692, with the Servicio de Salud leading the revenue at $31,108,200, followed by the Servicio Médico Legal and the Hospital Clínico.
