Magazine Médica completes fourth profit-sharing cycle

Magazine Médica concluded its fourth cycle of the Profit Sharing and Results Program (PLR) on August 11, 2026. This marks the completion of the second year of the initiative.

During an internal closing event, the company reported that this specific cycle resulted in the highest distribution amount since the program's inception. The payments are distributed semiannually, following Brazilian legislation regarding variable remuneration designed to incentivize productivity and integrate capital and labor.

Project Manager Karol Kreuz stated that the results stem from team performance over the six-month period. Bonuses were awarded to professionals who met individual targets and to sectors that fulfilled collective indicators. The company intends to use these results as a benchmark for planning future semesters with more ambitious goals.
