Magda Butrym opens first U.S. boutique in New York City

Polish designer Magda Butrym has expanded her luxury brand into the United States with the opening of her first permanent boutique in New York City. Located at 170 Mercer Street in SoHo, the store marks the brand's first standalone retail location outside of Poland.

The expansion coincides with the brand's growing presence in the U.S., which is currently its largest and fastest-growing market. To mark the occasion, Butrym debuted her first full runway show at New York Fashion Week, attended by various high-profile figures including Demi Moore, Dua Lipa, and Hailey Bieber.

Butrym's aesthetic, which she describes as “contemporary romanticism,” is characterized by a blend of modern cuts with Slavic influences, featuring elements such as lace, leather, and signature rose details.
