Magdi Rúzsa to replace Bastille at SZIN Festival

The British indie pop band Bastille has canceled its scheduled performance at the opening day of the Szeged Youth Days (SZIN) festival. The cancellation is due to a serious vocal cord issue affecting lead singer Dan Smith, following advice from his ENT specialist.

In response to the sudden change, festival organizers reached out to Hungarian singer Magdi Rúzsa, who accepted the invitation to perform as the new headliner on short notice. While the lineup has changed for the opening night, the rest of the festival's program remains as originally planned, featuring other acts such as Bohemian Betyars and Halott Pénz.
