Maggi launches new ramen range as new cookbook explores instant noodles

Maggi has launched a new Maggi Ramen instant noodle range featuring three distinct flavors: Tom Yum with Chilli, Beef and Lemongrass, and Soya Chicken with Mushrooms. The range is designed to provide a rich, soupy experience inspired by Asian flavors, such as Thai, Vietnamese, and Japanese styles.

In the culinary literature space, author and illustrator Robin Ha has released 'Instant Noodles & Beyond'. The book contains 93 recipes aimed at elevating instant noodles, covering various styles including Ramyeon soups, brothless ramyeon, and cold ramyeon. The work includes step-by-step illustrations and explores the history and preparation of instant noodles.
