Maggie Reilly celebrates 70th birthday

Scottish singer Maggie Reilly is celebrating her 70th birthday on September 15. She is widely recognized for her collaborations with multi-instrumentalist Mike Oldfield, providing the vocals for international hits such as ‘Moonlight Shadow’, ‘To France’, ‘Family Man’, and ‘Foreign Affair’.

Beyond her work with Oldfield, Reilly has maintained a successful solo career, notably achieving her biggest solo hit with ‘Everytime We Touch’ in 1992. Her musical journey began in the 1970s touring with the soul and funk band Cado Belle. She is scheduled to embark on a tour with her band this October, which includes performances in eight different German cities.
