Prayer times for Cairo and Egyptian provinces on July 22, 2026

On Wednesday, 22 July 2026, the scheduled Muslim prayer times for Egypt were released. In Cairo the calls were set for 04:27 am (Fajr), 13:01 pm (Dhuhr), 16:38 pm (Asr), 19:55 pm (Maghrib) and 21:24 pm (Isha). Alexandria’s timings were 04:27 am, 13:07 pm, 16:46 pm, 20:02 pm and 21:33 pm respectively. Other provinces showed slight variations: Asyut (Fajr 04:37, Dhuhr 13:02, Asr 16:32, Maghrib 19:49, Isha 21:15), Sohag (Fajr 04:37, Dhuhr 13:00, Asr 16:28, Maghrib 19:47, Isha 21:12), Qena (Fajr 04:34, Dhuhr 12:56, Asr 16:23, Maghrib 19:41, Isha 21:06), and others including Aswan (Maghrib 19:36) and Ismailia (Maghrib 19:52). The times are based on astronomical calculations approved by the Egyptian General Authority of Survey and are intended to guide Muslims in observing the five daily prayers punctually.
