Magic Kingdom's Diamond Horseshoe Returns as Pop‑Up Dining Experience
Disney announced that the historic Frontierland restaurant Diamond Horseshoe at Magic Kingdom will reopen as a limited‑time pop‑up venue. The family‑style service is being replaced with a menu of small plates, highlighted by a charcuterie board featuring cured beef, "fancy bacon," smoked pork, green chile cheese, smoked cheddar and pickles. Guests can also choose from two specialty drinks: a non‑alcoholic Enchanting Ember Lemonade and a Cactus Rose Margarita made with LALO Blanco Tequila, prickly pear, lime and agave. No opening date or reservation details have been released, though walk‑up service is expected. The traditional Thanksgiving‑style feast will remain available next door at Liberty Tree Tavern. The pop‑up is part of Disney's Cool Kids' Summer program and may operate through early September 2026.
