Magnum Ice Cream reports 4.7% organic sales growth in H1 2026

The Magnum Ice Cream Company announced first‑half 2026 results showing organic sales grew 4.7%, driven by 2.5% volume and 2.2% price increases across all regions. Revenue reached €4.691 billion, adjusted EBIT rose to €716 million (15.3% margin) and adjusted EBITDA to €880 million (18.7% margin). Free cash flow improved to €273 million and the group recorded €90 million of productivity savings, while net profit slipped to €349 million.

Growth was reported in Europe & ANZ (+4.1% organic), the Americas (+3.2%) and AMEA (+7.6%). The company completed acquisitions in India and Portugal, but margin pressure stemmed from Transitional Service Agreements and the India deal, which together reduced EBITDA margin by 100 basis points. Net debt stood at 2.5 times adjusted EBITDA. In Turkey, the Competition Authority opened an investigation into the subsidiary over a cabinet‑capacity measure, adding regulatory focus to the earnings release.
