Magnus Ferrell releases new EP ‘Groove Therapy’

Singer-songwriter and producer Magnus Ferrell has released a new seven-track EP titled ‘Groove Therapy’ via Visva/Republic Records. The project includes the singles ‘Asleep Talking’ and ‘Waste Your Heart’, as well as a collaboration with Jenevive titled ‘She’s Gonna Break My Heart’.

Ferrell, the 22-year-old son of actor Will Ferrell, draws on his background as a trained jazz pianist for the project. He is currently performing on tour supporting the Jonas Brothers across several U.S. cities, including stops in Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, and Chicago.

Following the viral success of ‘Asleep Talking’, which gained traction after being featured on the IMO podcast, Ferrell has also received a nomination for Best New Artist at the upcoming MTV VMAs.
