Małgorzata Ostrowska discusses epilepsy and husband's passing

Polish singer Małgorzata Ostrowska has shared personal details regarding her lifelong struggle with epilepsy and the recent loss of her husband. Ostrowska noted that her epilepsy, which primarily manifested through nocturnal attacks, required constant family supervision during her childhood and imposed various physical limitations.

Reflecting on her husband's illness, the singer described the difficulty of balancing her professional commitments with the need to be present during his time in the hospital and hospice. While her husband initially encouraged her to continue her concert schedule, Ostrowska eventually chose to prioritize being by his side. Following his death, she has returned to performing, stating that the stage serves as an “excellent antidote” to her grief by requiring concentration and providing connection with others.
