Małgorzata Tomaszewska discusses identity and family legacy

Małgorzata Tomaszewska, a television presenter and former table tennis player, has discussed the challenges of growing up in a prominent sporting family. As the daughter of legendary Polish goalkeeper Jan Tomaszewski and table tennis champion Katarzyna Calińska-Moura, she has worked to establish her own professional identity.

Tomaszewska revealed that she was once advised by a television manager to consider changing her surname to distance herself from her father's fame. While she did not follow that advice, she noted that she has developed the confidence to work on her own merits. She also spoke about the difficulty of dealing with online hate directed at her father during her childhood.
