Maguar Capital invests in ConSense software provider

Maguar Capital, a Munich-based technology investor specializing in B2B software, has partnered with ConSense GmbH to support the Aachen-based company's next growth phase.

ConSense provides software for quality management and integrated management systems (QMS/IMS), covering areas such as compliance, environmental standards, occupational safety, and information security. The company's platform is used by hundreds of thousands of users in more than 50 countries and is available in over 20 languages.

Existing managing partners Dr. Iris Bruns, Dr. Alexander Künzer, and Dr. Stephan Killich will remain involved in the company and lead ConSense alongside Maguar Capital. The company maintains its current locations in Aachen, Vienna, and Friedrichshafen, and its service offerings for customers remain unchanged.
