Magyar Államkincstár introduces digital payslips for public sector employees

Public sector employees in Hungary can now access and download their monthly payslips digitally through the Hungarian State Treasury (Magyar Államkincstár) system. This digital service replaces traditional paper-based documents for those working in state institutions, schools, hospitals, or local governments.

The e-payslip system provides comprehensive data, including gross salary, allowances, taxes, social security contributions, net amounts, and family tax benefits. It also allows users to access annual tax certificates, such as the M30 form.

To access these documents, users must authenticate via the Ügyfélkapu (Client Gate) system. Once logged into the electronic residential or payroll portal, employees can view and download authenticated PDF versions of their records for various years and months. This transition is intended to increase security, provide immediate access to historical data, and reduce the environmental impact of paper usage.
