Mahajan Imaging and Neuberg Diagnostics form joint venture

Mahajan Imaging & Labs has entered into a strategic joint venture with Neuberg Diagnostics to expand pathology and wellness services. The partnership aims to integrate radiology, nuclear medicine, and PET CT expertise from Mahajan Imaging with the pathology, genomics, and multi-market experience of Neuberg Diagnostics.

The collaboration intends to enhance testing capabilities in specialized areas, including genomics, metabolomics, proteomics, and molecular pathology. This move responds to growing demand in India’s organized diagnostics sector for preventive and precision diagnostics.

Kabir Mahajan will serve as the Chief Executive Officer for the joint venture operations. The partnership arrives as ICRA estimates that organized diagnostic players could see revenue growth of 12-14% in FY2027, driven by wellness testing and expansion into non-metro markets.
