Mahajan Imaging & Labs opens integrated diagnostic centre in Noida

Mahajan Imaging & Labs has launched an integrated diagnostic centre in Noida, marking its expansion into Uttar Pradesh. Inaugurated by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, the facility offers a comprehensive range of services including imaging, pathology, genomics, and molecular diagnostics under one roof.

The centre features Uttar Pradesh’s first ultra-fast AI-powered 3T MRI scanner, the Excel 3T, alongside a 160-slice CT scanner. Additional services include 3D-4D ultrasound, digital mammography, and neurophysiology services such as EEG and EMG.

This expansion coincides with broader trends in the Indian medical imaging sector. According to GlobalData, India’s computed tomography (CT) systems market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of approximately 6% through 2036. This growth is driven by increasing demand for advanced diagnostic imaging, expanding healthcare infrastructure, and the adoption of AI-enabled technologies.
