Mahan Air launches first flights to Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport

Mahan Air, an Iranian airline, has commenced its first flight operations at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi. The inaugural flight utilized a Boeing 777-200 wide-body aircraft, establishing a new aviation link between Vietnam and Iran.

The new route operates between Tehran’s Imam Khomeini International Airport (IKA) and Hanoi (HAN) with a frequency of two flights per month. According to the Vietnam Air Cargo Services Joint Stock Company (ACSV), the use of wide-body aircraft is intended to meet passenger travel demands while significantly increasing air cargo capacity, fostering new opportunities for logistics connectivity between the two markets.
