Mahanni Yulindha Pratiwi elected Vice Regent of Klaten

Mahanni Yulindha Pratiwi, also known as Linda Benny, has been elected as the Vice Regent of Klaten to complete the 2025–2030 term. During a plenary session held by the Klaten Regency DPRD on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, Mahanni received all 49 votes cast by the council members, while the other candidate received none.

The position became vacant following the death of Benny Indra Ardhianto on February 7, 2026. Mahanni, a Gerindra Party cadre and entrepreneur, will serve alongside Regent Hamenang Wajar Ismoyo to continue the administration's development goals through 2030.

Regent Hamenang Wajar Ismoyo expressed hope that the swift filling of the vacancy would accelerate regional development and provide the necessary partnership to fulfill the government's vision and mission.
