Mahd Sports Academy launches football talent trials in 16 Saudi cities

Mahd Sports Academy has launched a large-scale football talent scouting tour across 16 cities in Saudi Arabia. Running from September to December 2026, the initiative aims to identify and develop promising young athletes through professional methodologies.

The trials target players born between 2013 and 2017. The tour will visit various regions, including Abha, Makkah, Tabuk, Jazan, Hail, Al-Qassim, Hafar Al-Batin, Al-Baha, Madinah, Arar, Yanbu, Najran, Sakaka, Wadi ad-Dawasir, Taif, and Al-Kharj.

Mike Buige, Chief Sports Officer at Mahd Sports Academy, stated that the tour reflects a commitment to discovering and nurturing young talent to build a strong foundation for Saudi sports. The academy intends to provide a professional environment to help athletes reach their full potential and eventually represent the nation in international competitions.
